Holly Gross

Holly Gross (CRS, GRI)

Holly is one of the highest performing and most sought after agents in the Delaware Valley with over 30 years of experience in the real estate profession. As a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), she holds a designation held only by 4% of realtors in the nation. She has a wealth of experience in residential, agricultural, and investment property sales. Holly is particularly experienced in the sale of farms and farmland and has special expertise in selling equine properties and historic homes - many of which are under conservation easement. Holly routinely sells in excess of $45 million annually making her one of the top 100 Berkshire Hathaway nationwide; the top half of 1%.

Raised in Chester County, Holly resides on her farm near Unionville with her husband and business partner, Richard. She is an avid foxhunter, breeds well-mannered Jack Russell Terriers and runs a horse boarding business at their Green Ledge Farm.

Stewart Gross

Stewart Gross

With his high energy and ability to find a solution for every problem, Stewart exudes enthusiasm and optimism. Prior to joining the group in 2015, Stewart worked for several years as a Real Estate Agent with Wright Kingdom Real Estate, the largest independently owned full-service real estate company in Boulder, Colorado. Stewart has a wealth of experience in all facets of residential real estate sales and transactions, having been involved in well over 100 deals thus far in his career.

Previously, Stewart spent seven years working as a department manager for Crested Butte Mountain Resort in Crested Butte, Colorado. His keen attention to guest satisfaction led him to be chosen to attend to VIP guests, celebrities and politicians who vacationed at the resort, including former President Bush.

Stewart earned a BA in Business Management from Gettysburg College and is a graduate of the Westminster School in Simsbury, Connecticut.

Stewart is also an avid cyclist. He has raced professionally for teams in Colorado and Pennsylvania, been ranked 8th in the United States in the Ultra Endurance category of 100-mile races, has finished the Leadville 100 multiple times, and has finished in the top 10 in numerous other elite races, including the Wilderness 101, Margi Gesick, Shenandoah 100 and Breck 100. When not working in real estate or spending time with his wife, Stacey, and young son, Ryder, Stewart can be found on his bike exploring the trails and roads between the Brandywine and the Susquehanna.

Stephen Gross

H. Stephen Gross

Stephen has been involved in more than $150 million worth of Real Estate transactions. With his outgoing personality, professionalism and tenacity, Stephen strives to make the process a positive one for his clients.

Prior to working in Real Estate, Stephen spent a decade abroad working in Asia and Europe, where he accumulated a wealth of experience in client relationship management and negotiations in over 40 countries.

Stephen earned a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment (MSRE) from New York University's renowned Schack Institute, the nation's leading Real Estate finance program. He received a BA with honors from Trinity College, Connecticut, and is a graduate of the St. George’s School in Newport, Rhode Island.

Stephen spends his (limited) free time in the Unionville countryside reading, training for Ultramarathons, Fox Hunting and spending time with his son. Interesting vestiges of his previous lives are that he is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Swedish.

Stephen is licensed in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland.

Herb Schwabe

Herb came to real estate after a forty year career in the information technology field. It included working 9 years for a real estate investment company with over 250 properties from Pennsylvania to Florida. Subsequently he worked for a major food processing and distribution corporation for 23 years. As the IT member of their international business startup team, he worked in 9 countries throughout Asia, Europe, the Middle East and South America.

Herb's love for Chester County began in 1968 when he purchased an 1862 farmhouse in Westtown Township. After restoring it and raising a family there, he and his wife purchased and restored a circa 1860 townhouse in the Borough of West Chester where he lives today. He has been a volunteer for Chester County Day and served as one of its committee chairpersons since 2000. He is also a volunteer at the Chester County Historical Society (National History Day education program) and member-volunteer for the Friends of Everhart Park.

Herb believes that, as a member of The Gross Realty Group, his broad business experiences, his passion for real estate and enjoyment of working with people, along with his knowledge of Delaware County, Montgomery County and, especially Chester County, will ensure that his clients receive the best possible assistance in finding the perfect home for them.

Michael Mummert

Micheal Mummert

Mike has over 15 years in the housing industry, getting his start at an early age working for his family's construction business. He later performed residential and commercial property surveys for a nationwide data collection company on behalf of its insurance carrier customers. Using these acquired skills, Mike entered the real estate profession in 2011 selling new construction homes for a large national builder. These hands-on experiences, combined with integrity, hard work, and a focus on excellent customer service, give Mike unique expertise and insight that provides unlimited value to anyone looking to purchase or sell one of their most valuable assets - their home.

As a do-it-yourselfer, Mike is known to tackle his own home renovation projects, the largest of which involved completely gutting and renovating two-thirds of the first floor of his prior home. Mike also enjoys giving back to his community, previously serving as Director for two local non-profit youth leadership programs, Spark the Wave and Leadership Development Center (LDC) of the American Red Cross.

Mike graduated from Marion Center High School and attended Indiana State University. He currently resides in Chester County with his wife, Laura. They are the proud parents of two sons, Chase and Carter.

Harry Price

Harry Price

Harry came into the real estate business as a natural progression from his career in the building and general contracting businesses. Harry spent 38 years working for various builders and running his own general contracting company for 15 years. Additionally, he operates a successful residential property management company. Harry also held an elected position as a Township Supervisor in West Caln Township for a term. A Chester County native, he has spent 54 years living, working and enjoying the many marvels southeastern Pennsylvania has to offer. Harry obtained his Real Estate license in 2004 and joined the Holly Gross Group in 2007. Harry brings to the table a wealth of knowledge related to real estate, home construction, and the workings of local government that is beneficial to any Buyer or Seller.

Harry and his wife, Suzanne, spent 18 years living in a historic home situated on the west branch of Brandywine Creek. With the children grown, they are now in the mist of the daunting task of downsizing and spending time enjoying their passion, sailing.

Jenny Cassidy

Jenny Cassidy

Jenny comes to the team after working in the behavioral health field and raising her two daughters. In the role of behavioral specialist consultant, Jenny was trained to listen carefully to the needs of families and to work tirelessly to develop plans to solve problems. She brings the same caring and attentiveness to real estate clients and works hard to help others achieve their dreams and goals.

Jenny had a thorough knowledge of the Chester and Delaware Counties and all the charm the beautiful area had to offer. A native to the area, she grew up in Thornton, attended Penn State and obtained her Master of Education from West Chester University. In addition to her passion for real estate, Jenny enjoys refinishing vintage furniture pieces, horseback riding and spending time with her husband. Recently Jenny and her husband, Mike, refurbished a 180-year- old home, bringing it back to its former charm. Jenny resides with her husband in Newlin Township.

Lori Molieri

Lori Molieri

Lori started her career in the medical field after receiving her degree in Accounting from Manor College in Jenkintown, PA. She worked at Drexel University School of Medicine as an Executive Assistant in the Dept. of Surgery and Dept. of Psychiatry where she was responsible for a range of duties spanning from office operations to research and patient care.

After taking time off to raise her growing family, she returned to the workforce in 2012. She obtained her real estate license and dove into the world of reality. Lori has successfully led hundreds of transactions for happy clients as a team manager.

As a licensed realtor, Lori’s top priority is to you and your family’s happiness. Whether you’re buying or selling a home, she’s skilled at helping you navigate negotiations and paperwork with ease.
