Herb came to real estate after a forty year career in the information technology field. It included working 9 years for a real estate investment company with over 250 properties from Pennsylvania to Florida. Subsequently he worked for a major food processing and distribution corporation for 23 years. As the IT member of their international business startup team, he worked in 9 countries throughout Asia, Europe, the Middle East and South America.
Herb's love for Chester County began in 1968 when he purchased an 1862 farmhouse in Westtown Township.
