Warm greetings,
We hope this note finds you safe and healthy. As we all continue to navigate through these unique and evolving times, we want you to know that we are thinking of you.
It is during these times that we will witness the resilience and beauty of the human spirit. We hope that you will find reassurance, as we do, in knowing that we are all in this together. The whole world is facing this challenge.
We are thankful for those in the medical profession who are putting their lives on the line as they care for the sick. We appreciate all of those who are working so that we have food and those who are working to keep us secure. Thank you to all who are keeping our lives safe and supplied.
If you do not have a job that takes you out of the house, stay home and take this opportunity to reset your life, to regain a slower pace and a life balance, and to reconnect with your family.
Thinking of you with best wishes for good health and well-being,
Holly, Stewart, and Stephen

Wonderful news out today in the Daily Local - $2.7 million going to preserve over 3,000 acres across our beloved Chester County!
We are all blessed to live in this beautiful landscape and the efforts made by so many individuals to preserve it are inspiring. Our congratulations to our friends at the many land conservation organizations that are doing this great work!
Our love of working with clients to advise them on conservation benefits and selling their preserved properties is only second to the joy of driving, running, biking, and riding on horseback over hill-and-dale, preserved for all of us to enjoy in perpetuity. Lucky we are, all of us!
We were happy to again sponsor the Brandywine Valley Roubaix this past Saturday, April 20th. What a great weekend for being outside! The annual Gravel Grinder / Gran Fondo takes riders through what we call our beautiful home - the scenic country-side and rolling hills of the Brandywine Valley, some of the most unspoiled and historic countryside of the Mid-Atlantic. The full ride is 58 miles, mostly on dirt roads, and has 4,000 feet of climbing. Riders and spectators alike had a great time and our very own Stewart Gross was the first finisher!
More about the ride can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/brandywinevalleyroubaix/
